Iconic Lakeview Condo

Iconic is a curious word to describe a condo but this isn't your ordinary condo. The building was commissioned in 1885 by Henry Flagler, a founder of both the Standard Oil Company & Florida East Coast Railway, it was used as the living quarters for the gentlemen who worked for him at his hotel the Ponce de Leon (now part of Flagler College). It was finished in 1893 and was known as the Ponce de Leon Barracks. The condo is charming & comfortable & so well done. Come relax and enjoy this gem!
