Exterior Maintenance

- Outdoor grill cleaning and upkeep (if applicable). *Please note: We do not refill propane tanks, restock charcoal, or restock firewood (for a fire pit) at any homes with these amenities. That is the guest’s responsibility upon arrival.

Interior Maintenance
- Two deep cleanings/year after initial deep clean (at owner’s expense)
- Full cleans after every stay, including owner’s stays

Management Services
- Online and phone reservations and guest inquiry management

This enables us to issue you a 1099 with all rental income for the previous year
as required by the IRS.
